YARD FORCE Product Warranty Statement

1. General Warranty Terms

Thank you for purchasing YARD FORCE product. Please retain your original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase from an authorized retailer/distributor. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in the United States from authorized retailers/distributors. Products purchased or used outside of the United States are not covered by this warranty.

Note: Commercial or rental use immediately voids all warranties.

3. What is Covered

Under normal, intended residential use and proper maintenance, the product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. At Yard Force / Merotec Inc.’s discretion, the company may repair, replace with a comparable product, or refund the purchase price. Replacement or repair may include new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent parts or products.

4. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:
– Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation.
– Normal wear and tear and consumable parts (e.g., blades, belts, washers, etc. ).
– Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
– Use of non-original or non-approved batteries, chargers, or accessories.
– Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality.
– Altered or removed serial numbers.
– Shipping damage due to inadequate packaging by the owner.

5. Commercial and Rental Use

Unless otherwise specified, products used for commercial or rental purposes are not covered by any warranty; such use immediately voids all warranties.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

1. Contact the Customer Support Center by phone or email during business hours.
2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) and product serial number to confirm eligibility.
3. Obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number; all correspondence and packages must include this number.
4. Ship the product as directed. Shipments without an RGA number will be refused.
5. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and delivery confirmation.

8. Legal Notice

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty for this product and supersedes all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
